Unlike traditional mentoring or therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you navigate challenges and build the skills you need to thrive. My role is to support you in understanding how your brain works, improving workplace confidence, and finding solutions that align with your strengths.
Coaching can facilitate the clarification of your goals, promote greater self-awareness, enhance communication skills, and strengthen confidence, thereby supporting both personal and professional development. Additionally, it offers valuable perspectives, improves decision-making capabilities, and strengthens stress management techniques.
Each session is designed around your needs. We'll begin by discussing any insights or progress since our last session and identifying the challenges you want to focus on. I'll use coaching techniques such as observation, active listening, and powerful questioning to help you untangle obstacles and develop practical solutions. At the end of the session, we may agree on actions, strategies or reflections for you to explore before we meet again.
